Transport

Transport options: Czech Post - transport to Balíkovna delivery points (at branches of the post office, SAZKA Tabák, and others), GLS courier, DPD courier.

We normally ship orders within 3 business days after payment. If you are in a hurry or have other wishes, please write them in the order notes. We will try to accommodate or find a solution.

Order

Order the products by adding them to the basket. Before completing the order, you choose the method of transport and payment. You can cancel your purchase at any time by emptying your cart before sending your order. After sending the order, you will receive additional information and payment details by email. We usually ship orders within 3 days of receipt of payment (in the case of cash on delivery, upon receipt of the order). on the alternative solution.

All soaps are handmade and each piece has a slightly different appearance, so your soap will differ from the photo. We often pour the same soaps using different techniques, they have different ornaments and color shades. On the soap packaging you will find all the information given by the legislation, i.e. the composition in INCI, list of allergens, use and shelf life. If you have any questions or wishes, write.

Payment

You can choose to pay by card online, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Online payment takes place through the secure Stripe payment gateway, your payment details are hidden, we don't see them. The payment is credited immediately and the dispatch of the order is thus the fastest.

We will send you the data for payment by bank transfer when the order is confirmed.

We archive the invoices electronically, on request we will send them to you by email.

Purchase contract, complaints, return of goods

By accepting the order, both contracting parties conclude a Purchase Agreement according to the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. This is a distance purchase, so you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. In this case, you are entitled to a refund of the amount already paid, including postage.

If you want to withdraw from the contract or complain about the goods, please contact us in advance by email or using the contact form on the website. If you want to withdraw from the contract, and the soaps have already been sent, please send them back in intact condition. In such a case, you pay the postage.

If a consumer dispute arises between us and you from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you can submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to a designated entity of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Trade Inspection,

Personal collection

You can pick up the goods at our store U Čápova dvora 2871 in Tábor (next to Casino Forbes, near Auto Kelly). Payment by cash or card is possible.

Opening hours: Monday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., other weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
