Dieses Jahr könnte ich es „Wie man aus Schwierigkeiten und völligem Motivationsverlust herauskommt“ nennen. Glücklicherweise habe ich es schon einmal erlebt, bin also ein Meister darin und kann darin laufen. Ja klar, Nikko B. ist lebendig und munter! Ich verschwand für 5 Monate aus den sozialen Medien, kroch in eine Höhle und grübelte. Es war ein ziemlicher Kampf und ist es immer noch.
Ich hatte schon lange im Kopf, dass ich diesen Artikel schreiben möchte. Ich habe mich gefragt: Wofür soll es sein und für wen? Wird jemand Interesse haben? Wir haben wahrscheinlich alle eine schwierige Zeit durchgemacht, in der etwas oder alles zusammengebrochen ist. Und es ist schön, sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen, nicht wahr?
Anfang September war ich zum ersten Mal nur als Gast auf dem Dyzajn-Markt. Und ich muss sagen, dass es mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Es war wunderschön und ich bin einfach herumgelaufen, habe die Sonne genossen und Zeit mit alten Freunden aus der Branche verbracht. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich bereits beschlossen, das Unternehmen weiterzuführen und das Ganze noch einmal von vorne zu beginnen. Was ging dem voraus?
Und das Fest fiel auf mich. In den letzten 10 Jahren habe ich mich praktisch nur meiner Arbeit gewidmet. Es war ein großer Kampf, das Ganze in Gang zu bringen, und es trug auch dazu bei, dass es Früchte trug und florierte. Ich habe unter ungünstigen Bedingungen angefangen, als das Leben kaputt war. Arbeiten, Geld verdienen, die Familie aus den Schulden befreien, etwas Interessantes tun – das schien damals der einfachste und wichtigste Schritt zu sein.
In diesem Frühjahr habe ich nach mehr als einem Jahr des Kampfes das gesamte koordinierte Team entlassen. Ich blieb hier allein wie Dracula in meinem 200 m² großen Schloss und wechsle zwischen den Positionen Produktion, Versand, Chef und Assistent. Das letzte Mal, dass ich ohne Teilzeitkräfte unterwegs war, war wohl 2014. Also bin ich irgendwie einen Basalverkehr gefahren und habe überlegt, ob das überhaupt Sinn macht.
Kann ich es wieder in Bewegung bringen? Und möchte ich es überhaupt noch einmal durchmachen? Diese Punkte gingen mir durch den Kopf:
1) Wenn ich weitermachen möchte, steigere ich den Traffic wieder und rekrutiere Leute. Aber es gibt keine Leute auf dem Markt, die das können, eine Schulung für die Produktion von mehr als 2 Jahren ist erforderlich, mit ständiger Kontrolle. Kann ich ein Team besser führen? Ich habe meine Lektion gelernt und will ich sie überhaupt?
2) Betriebe ohne Geld und mit Schulden auf- und auszubauen macht keinen Spaß. Wird es überhaupt funktionieren? Mein Sohn bemerkte treffend: Mama, das Geschäft hat sich gut ausgezahlt. Du hast mit Schulden angefangen, du hast 10 Jahre lang geschuftet, du hattest keine Zeit für mich und jetzt bist du in der gleichen Situation wie am Anfang :-D Er meinte es als Forum, wir sind Partner. Aber da ist etwas dran. Das Leben, na ja.
3) Es gibt Wolken und Wolken auf dem Kosmetikmarkt. Werden sich die Menschen überhaupt für unsere Kosmetik interessieren? Gibt es heutzutage überhaupt eine Chance, dass es sich amortisiert? Keine Investition, kein Kapital...
4) Kosmetikgeschäft, Präsentation, Socke... den Leuten sagen, sie sollen ausgehen, statt Werbung zu machen. Aber gleichzeitig wollen die Leute irgendwie etwas über das Produkt erfahren
5) Außerdem habe ich nicht wirklich viel mit Kosmetik zu tun. Ich kann den Leuten nicht sagen, dass unser Produkt das einzig Richtige ist, oder große Mengen an Produkten produzieren

Jééé, já blogy moc nečtu a tudíž mi úplně uniklo, že se vloni moc nedařilo a že řešíte, co dál. Takže teď mi spadl opravdu velký kámen ze srdce… protože Hrubián, to je prostě můj milášek! Už jsem koupila spousty mýdel spousty firem, máme docela spotřebu. Ale ta vaše jsou pro mne fakt na prvním místě, těm se opravdu zatím nic nevyrovnalo… Ostatní mýdla nemám potřebu chodit očichávat, zatímco čekají na svůj úděl v šuplíku :-) uf uf uf, tak držím palce, ať firmu znova rozjedete!
