The box is nice. It just came out dented :-/ Probably handling during transportation. For that reason, I would not buy this type of product again online, but only in person.

I am satisfied with the shampoo, I was surprised at how foamy it is and that my hair detangles well after washing. My hair continues to get greasy, but a little less after the shampoo. But overall, the hair is nicer, shiny, I'll keep using it :)
